You are invited to join grand champion pit masters Lynnae Oxley and Brad Rand for a comprehensive barbecue class. There will be nothing held back in the class. Our class gives you the knowledge to take your BBQ to levels reserved for professionals. We will be sharing with you the techniques used by one the most successful BBQ teams in the US.

Grand Champion Pitmaster Lynnae Oxley
Lynnae has over twenty eight years of successful restaurant, catering and barbecue experience. She has been an Executive Chef in restaurants from San Francisco to Chicago. Lynnae has cooked with the likes of Rick Bayless and Lidia Bastianich and has traveled and cooked throughout Europe and the Middle East. Lynnae graduated in Hospitality management from Florida International University.
